was established to create and market software solutions
which aid vigorous shareholder value growth for small

in the past year we are modestly successful in achieving
our targets. What’s more we use IvyOffice ourselves

Arun Joseph Small Business Advisor
Arun started his career as a trainee accountant
with IndCoil-Thermopack Group. Recognising his abilities
he was soon given a senior commercial role within this
large engineering group. Arun is an ex-executive board
member (1983-1984) of the Bangalore Chamber of Commerce
and Industry, India. In the UK, Arun was a corporate sales
manager for Phonelink Plc before joining Roderick Manhattan
Group, (RMG) in 1994. He is well known for his role at
RMG where he was responsible for the highly successful
PlanIT brand of business software titles. Arun was instrumental
in developing RMG’s best selling OEM software products-
business planning software for banks and Rescue Me for
UK PC manufacturers. He has extensive experience in finding
and financing software projects, developing brands and
Internet products. Arun was VP Sales and Marketing for
Director Software until June 2000 when he left to join
the M&A consultancy Money Reflex LLP as a partner.
Arun is the UK Managing Director for IvyOffice Ltd and
Cashreflex Ltd as well as a Small Business Advisor for
the company.
Richard Philip Small Business Advisor
Richard is an MA in Commerce and Accountancy. He
qualified with an MBA specialising in Human Resource Management,
Database Management Systems and Systems Analysis. The
projects he undertook as a part of his submissions include
“A Study of the Problems of Paddy Cultivators”
and “A Study of Performance Management Systems”.
He left Bairns School to complete his Masters in Business
Administration, and rejoined the school in 2003 as a member
of the Board. He was head of Administration at the school
when he left to join IvyOffice.
Tim Fineman Small Business Advisor
Tim Fineman graduated in Electronics and Communications
Engineering after which he did courses on networking,
CCNA and MCP. Tim has Masters in Business Administration,
specialising in Operations, Systems, and Marketing. His
project on “Multilevel Security Systems using Voice
Recognition” was a part of his engineering programme.
Tim is an innovative and enthusiastic team player, and
hopes to do well in his role as a Small Business Advisor
at IvyOffice.

Kate Jones Small Business
Advisor
Kate obtained a bachelors degree in Economics from Mercy College
and later went on to qualify with an MBA specialising in Marketing.
Kate started her career as a Sales Representative with Dell International
Services where she was responsible for business sales to US corporate
customers. Later she joined ICICI One Source a BPO services company
as a Sales Representative looking after identity theft services.
She was awarded 'Best Sales Representative of the year' at ICICI
One Source. In the year 2005 she left ICICI to join IvyOffice.
Gary Wilson Small Business Advisor
Gary is a BA in Communicative English with Anthropology,
psychology and English literature. He studied African literature
for his Bachelors and Robert Browning’s poetry for his Masters.
Gary started his career as a writer for Better Learning Publishers
and moved to marketing within the company where he was responsible
for organising sales teams and for marketing strategies. Gary
has also worked as a journalist and a language trainer before
joining IvyOffice.
Steve Moore Small Business Advisor
Steve Moore is a graduate Mechanical Engineer who is adept
in Engineering CAD. Steve is a confident and energetic person
with a special talent for motivating others. He did a project
on Quality testing using Helium-Neon lasers for his degree program.
Steve is genuinely interested and enthusiastic about helping businesses
maximise their potential using IvyOffice. He is friendly and easily
approached and popular with customers on a personal level. He
is always well organised, dedicated, and with a positive attitude.
Steve is committed to building new business opportunities, securing
customer loyalty and in forging strong customer relationships.
Sally Anderson Small Business Advisor
Sally is an award winning scholar with a degree in commerce
and accountancy. After her degree she was active in ‘Help
the Aged’ and related social welfare projects. She is a
highly motivated and enthusiastic person with lots of energy and
good humour. As a Small Business Advisor Sally is popular for
her personal touch, attention to detail and IvyOffice customers
can’t get enough of her. |
