EBFB allows you to quickly and easily generate large numbers of personalised e-mail or personalised fax messages using IvyOffice’s email and fax lists and bespoke templates. It can be used for sending out monthly statements, product updates, periodic offers, newsletters to subscribers or for personalised greetings or "thank you" messages. Typically, EBFB for SME’s can take 7 to 14 days of customisation time.

Computer Telephony Integration gives you the ability to trigger customer records corresponding to incoming telephone calls. It allows you to look up customer preferences and last transaction details before you pick up a call. With CTI you are able to personalise your greetings and enrich your customer experience each time they contact you by phone. Automatic dialling and predictive dialling integration can also be implemented based on your choice. Currently we are only offering CTI customisation to mid-sized Small to Medium Enterprises and it usually takes 15 to 18 days to complete.

IvyOffice CE offers you many of the features available in IvyOffice in the Windows CE format. You can access, use and update records using Windows CE based PDAs such as Compaq, XDA, Dell, Packard Bell, NEC, Samsung etc. Depending on the number of features and the levels of interactivity you require customisation can take 25 to 30 days
